Default Outlook 2002 - How to up to 2003 and convert PST?
A friend has a working 2002 install.
Her PST is 1.7G.
I'm aware that 2002 may crash when the PST grows to 2G
I'd like to upgrade her install to 2003.

It seems easy enough to install 2003
MS's own site site says: Just over-install 2003 onto 2002
But this won't convert her PST from ANSI (2G limit) to Unicode (20G)

Anyone able to offer some easy-to-follow advice about this conversion?
