Many Thanks both for your replies. I have tried your methods unsuccessfully.
I have no choice relating to 'this section only' etc. This version just gives 'portrait / landscape' with no choices, unlike the previous version of Word.

Has anyone using Word 2010 in Windows 7 64bit had the same experience and solved it please?
