Default 2 "autonumbers" in 1 list heading?

I have been working with quick styles and list styles to create a custom format for my list. I want the list to look like this:

1.00 - Part 1
1.01
1.02
A
B
2.00 - Part 2
2.01

Is there any way that I can have both the "1.00" and the "Part 1" be automatically numbered? (I am desperately trying to avoid making the "Part 1" be text not included in the list, because I want to be able to switch styles and have "1.00 - Part 1" switch to just saying "Part 1." Having "Part 1" as a text would mean that switching styles would leave me with "Part 1 Part 1.")
