hi,
i'm making a schedule for a project and have the following two problems currently:

1. i've reduced the percentage of my 3 resources so that the total hours for the duration of the project (1 year) is less than 2k hours in order to make sure they're not over allocated. Two are slightly above 2k and one is only 1300 hours...but all are showing red in the resource sheet.....not sure why?!

2. i can only edit the 'rate' of one of my resources! the other two are are changeable! (ps. i started with a project schedule that was already populated with an old project). Under the resource sheet, all 3 are all red, and i can't modify the first two. only the last one.


Any ideas? thanks in advance.
