We use multiple versions of MS Project with our supplier partners.
We have an issue with lookup fields in MS Project. The issue is as follows:
1. Customise a custom field (Text10) is the plan and use Lookup entries to populate the field.
2. We populated the field in the plan from the drop down fields.
3. We then have to save it in Project 2003 version and then send it to our suppliers.
However when our suppliers open the plan in Project 2003 the entries in the Text10 field have disappeared. The Lookup entries are still there though.
Has anyone else had this type of issue and if so were you able to resovle it and if so how?
