It depends, if are you using Exchange you can restore items from the deleted items section under the options menu in OWA. If you have access to a PC you can also use the MFCMAPI tool to recover a folder.

If the above does not apply to you, you can contact your admin and see if it is possible to restore the data but this will depend on their backup and restore policys.
