Ahh easy fix,

Stick to the first website as the second is a registry edit.

using your operating system, select Control Panel, Folder Options, View Tab, "Show hidden files and Folders".

You should then see the folder.

I have a few questions to ask you about the way your connected this user.

- Based off the error, this user was given there own profile and email account on this computer?

- Under Control Panel, Mail (XP) Mail 32 bit ( Vista, W7), Select Show profiles..Is this users profile visable and set to allways use this profile?
