Thank you, SpiderTech. I've tried following the advice on both of those sites, unfortunately I run into the following issues:
In the first link, the website advises the user to go to the following filepath: c:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\
However, when I click on my username, I don't see a local settings folder. If I choose "owner" as the username, I can get to the Application Data folder, but the only thing in it is Google (with a few subfolders that lead to a dead end anyway).
The second link recommends that I run "regedit", then go to this registry subkey: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\MSExchangeIS\ParametersSystem
I get down to services, and the MSExchange folder doesn't exist.
Any ideas? Thanks again.
