Unhappy Hijri Calender

Hi All,

I am facing issues with regards to my outlook calender settings at my work place. I am using 2010v. The calender is always displayed in arabic, if i reset my Standards and Formats from English US to any other and then change it back to English US, it displays the Gregorian Calender, but after a few hours it gets back to the Hijri Calender, now this is really frustrating me as i am tired of resetting it this way again and again. Can someone help me with a permanent solution to this problem.

Thanks.
