Default Outlook Calendar tabs in 2011

Hi all,
I run Outlook 2007 for a few years and it has a nice feature where you can actually have tabs for the different calendars.

I recently moved to a mac with outlook 2011. I cant see a way to create the tabs in Outlook 2011. Anyone know how to do this, if its possible?

Also, how do I import just my calendar entries from the pst to the mac ost?
