It is not a Word issue - its a printer issue.

Depending on the software you're using, you should be the whole of the pdf you create will be oriented in, say, portrait format. So, if you tell the pdf driver how to manage the pages, anything printed from the pdf shouldn't have any issues.

If you really want to try to control it from Word, you'll need to give up on the idea of a multipage table in Word and create a set of discrete tables, one per page in portrait format (rather than the landscape format I assume you're now using), and orient each table's contents the way you want. You can use that to achieve what looks like a landscape format in a portrait table.
