When you say mailbox, you need to distinguish whether you want a new account or a new profile. To separate work mail from personal mail I find it better to create a new profile: Control Panel>Mail>[Tab]Show Profiles...
At logon Outlook then gives you a choice of which account to open, keeps your contacts lists separate also...
