Hi Snvlsfoal,

If you create you forma as a table, you can set the table's heading row(s) to repeat on each new page.

Alternatively, you could use a 'different first page' page layout, use unique Style names for the ranges spanning the fields of interest, then use StyleRef fields in the 2nd page header, pointing to those Styles.
