Question How to have "Footnote" in section different from the section for the words it refers

How to have "Footnote" in section different from the section of the words it refers to!!!

please, see the attached images that shows my question

the standard Journal articles have specific format as it is shown image (1). i needed to do the same in word.

First, i need to have the name of the author as a footnote BUT to have the footnote in the position indicated in image (2)

The problem is that the name of the author and the footnote (in this case) belong to different sections!!!!

how to resolve this issue and achieve this standard article style?

regards

Jamal
