Default Archiving Emails in Outlook 2007 - HELP!
Hopefully you clever folks can help me out !

I basically use my email folders instead of filing cabinets, if I want anything I just check and search my email folders (which I have a 100+ sub folders in my inbox).

I have set my settings to never archive as I don't fully understand what happens to an archived email?
  • Can I still view it or search for it?
  • If I archived my emails but didn't like what it has done can I undo it?
