You can do this using VBA. However I am not a VBA expert. May I suggest you re-post your question to say something like:

"I need a VBA routine to check Hyperlinks on Sheet1 that refer to sheets where the name is changed and re-set the hyperlink to the changed name."

I know there are some super VBA people on the forum that will provide this with ease.
