Hi Karen,

Are these files the ones you used to install Office 2003? If so, you can probably delete them quite safely but, if you don't have any other installation media (eg because you bought a download version), I'd recommend making a back-up to CD/DVD beforehand. Copy the Product ID key to the CD also. That way, if you need to re-install at a later date, you'll have both the media and the Product ID key in the one place.
