Thanks for this suggestion. I have tried this, but it is entirely unsuitable. For instance, I can't see how to make it break across multiple pages, which should be a simple thing to do (I think). Try copying across 1000 rows.

Also, I can't get the font sizes identical to the font sizes in the Word text, as they are separate applications, so if I import multiple workbooks in separate parts of the document, it looks extremely odd. For example a 12-point font in Excel can vary greatly as to how it looks in Word, dependent on the size of the box it sits in. I would want it to be exactly the same as native 12-point Word text.
