When I place more than 12 folders into the Favorites list, it shows the slide bar to access folders below the bottom of the panel. So far so good.....

I would like to have the slide bar to show when after 6 folders in the list.

In other situations, all I need do is grab the division between the lists and slide it up.

How can I change the size of the favorites panel?
