new office version 2024 not active after upgrade
i had an official version of office 2021 pro installed. now bought the 2024 version.
i un-installed all components of 2021, did new install - activated by website - cleaned previous non-active license : all ok
today i open access again and see in account version 2021 again not activated and activation required.
i downloaded Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant as indicated on support page of MS
running these commands indicates : no version of office detected/found
how can I get a clean install of 2024 and how to remove all history to 2021 version ?
if i look in control panel - installed programs : i only see the installed version of 2024 : microsoft office ltsc prof plus 2024
i also started the only repair function in this page
