For me, this is not working. It changes size - back to Normal.
[Deleted images showing you following directions]Andrew (GuessEd)'s response was not directed at the problem you are seeing. That is for when the typeface and/or size or other font characteristic has been set in the character style, which is not what is going on for you. Your Hyperlink style does not have the size set.

Again, what is going on for you is that the default paragraph font size in the underlying paragraph style is set to a size different from what you are using. The Hyperlink character style has no size or typeface set; it picks up whatever is in the underlying paragraph style. It does not pick up direct formatting applied to the underlying or surrounding text.

Change the font size in your underlying paragraph style; do not use direct formatting to change the font size for a paragraph or more of text.
My guess is that it is the Normal paragraph style.

Consider using, as your base paragraph style, the Body Text style rather than the Normal style.
The above are part of Shauna Kelly's series of short tutorials that I strongly recommend.
