I had a paste special that had radio buttons. Problem has always been that I could only paste with one of the options. Tick boxes would have been better.
How do I copy the entire contents of a table in one word document to another table in anotherr word document?

If an ordinary copy & paste doesn't do what you want, you can bookmark the original table and insert a cross-reference to the bookmark.
Or you can make a screen shot of the original table and paste it in the new location (if a static copy is OK).
