No that is not what I am trying to do. I want to copy the contents of a spread sheet to another spred sheet. I need paste special. I need to copy everything including, font size, colour cell background. The lot. Why does paste special not show the 2 columbs of radio buttons any more.

I would like to to see check boxes in paste special not radio buttons but Bill Gates didn't think of that one HA!
