Thanks for the instructions. Now I know I have version 365 in microsoft word. Does this make a difference? I will now test out the debug button and let you know what happens. When I discovered there was an error before, the first line was highlighted. I didn't highlight it, but something, or someone on the other side of the machine did, to let me know there was an error. I didn't know how to fix it though, and still don't. I hope the debug button will tell me what to do so I can run the program again, and finally change my documents into UK English.
I pressed the debug button and all it did was flicker. There were no instruction on how to fix the problem.
