The only other thing I can think of is a Rule in your Outlook that looks in the Message Header and (somehow?) determines that it came from the Yahoo SPAM folder, and then Delete it in Outlook.

By forwarded, all I mean is that whatever emails are sent to my Yahoo account online are then moved to my computer via Outlook 2013. It is presently Pop3, not IMAP. But I don't think that should make any difference, since I have other Yahoo/Bellsouth.net accounts that are Pop3 and are connected to Outlook 2013 and they don't move any of the spam emails from the online Yahoo server to Outlook 2013 on my computer.
