The other option would be to get a paid Microsoft 365 subscription. This give you access to the current version of Classic Outlook. (Microsoft will try to get you to switch to the New Outlook but you can stay on Classic as long as you want). Be sure to check out both the "Home" and "Business" tabs for all the different plans.
