Word does not handle files as a series of pages but instead a stream of text.

With it only as RTL Arabic, is the beginning the last page printed?
If so, you could possibly save both parts as pdf and combine the two with a pdf editor.


It is also possible that you could tell Word to print in reverse order for that part, perhaps to the pdf printer. (This has to be done through the printer properties.)
