Hi Everyone

I have created quite a complicated word template report that links to an excel spreadsheet in many places and therefore has over 75 links to the one spreadsheet.

As this document is a template for many projects I want to copy the word document along with the spreadsheet to many folders (networked) however have realised I have to update the links as the word document remembers the links' original path as opposed to the folder its sat within.

The excel document will alway be in the same folder as the word document...is there any way of forcing it to not have the full path as the embedded link but just the folder its within otherwise its taking me 20mins to laboriously update each link and again when I have to use it for another project
