Conditional formatting based on content in the calendar entry
Hi,
I use conditional formatting to color all my MS Teams appointments in the Outlook calendar red. The criterion for this is “Location” contains “Teams”.
Recently, however, I also regularly receive Teams appointments in which “Teams” is not entered as the location, but it is still a “Teams appointment”.
The only criterion for identifying these appointments seems to me to be the content of the calendar entry. There I find characteristics such as “Meeting ID” or “Conference call ID”.
Unfortunately, I can't manage to set a filter for these keywords in the message content in the conditional formatting. I have already looked at “All appointment fields” but have not found anything suitable. AIs tell me to use “body” or “note” or “message content”. However, these do not exist in my version of Outlook (MS 365 version 2410).
Do any of you have a helpful tip?
