Default Outlook 2019 does not retrieve all emails from Google - synchronization problems

Hello,
I currently have a strange problem with Outlook 2019 in connection with a Google email account at a customer Laptop.
Not all emails are loaded/synchronized in various folders.

The email account is connected to 2 PCs and a cell phone.
On both PCs there is Thunderbird, where everything is displayed correctly, and Outlook 2019 in the same version.
Everything is displayed correctly in Outlook on one computer, but not on the other.

The following has already been tried
- Resetting any filters set by the customer.
- Checking for rules and ensuring that there are no rules.
- Checked that the slider for retrieving all emails is set to all.
- Account deleted and reconnected.
- Outlook repair
- Office uninstalled and reinstalled.
- Mail account, Office, temporary files, registry entries and cache deleted and profile folders cleaned.

The result is always the same. Not all mails are loaded in some folders in this Outlook on the one laptop.
As far as I can see, it always seems to be the same e-mails that are not loaded.

I renamed the folder directly in Google to “_xyz” to see if it was due to the name, but no change, the name was updated in Outlook Mails were loaded, but you can only see 4 of the 25 emails.

Then I made a new folder and copied the 25 mails into the new folder with Thunderbird, Outlook only loaded 19 of them.

And as already mentioned, always the same picture, even if the account is newly created. The same mails are always missing in Outlook only on this laptop.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I am now at the end of my tether, and that is very extensive, with 25 years of in-depth knowledge

Greetings
C. W.
