Default Recurring Meeting with every other Friday off

Hello All,

I work for a company that schedules a meeting every day (<15 minutes). This company is also on a 9/80 schedule (Monday to Friday 9 hours, First Friday 8 hours, Second Friday off).

How can a recurring meeting be set up as one meeting notice. I can think of the following three methods.
1) Meeting recurring Monday to Friday every week for the length needed. Then delete the each individual Friday meeting that is off.
2) Meeting recurring Monday to Thursday every week for the length needed. Add a second meeting which is recurring every other week.
3) Meeting recurring for each day of the week for Monday to Thursday (4 meeting notices) for the length needed. Add a fifth meeting which is recurring every other week.
