I'm sorry I have no solution for you, but there doesn't seem to be a 'I have the same problem' button to click on, and sometimes it helps just to know you're not the only one. I am experiencing this, as well. I empathize with you. I know how frustrating it can be when you try so hard to solve your problem before seeking help, and it turns out to be a dead end. I've received some great advice from the members by re-posting. I hope your problem has been fixed by now. I'm still working on mine.
