ok this is a real beginner's mistake but I (and my colleagues) can't find the solution.

when I want to share a page as a PDF I always get the message that it is too long and the page is completely distorted, it always prints in landscape mode instead of portrait and in large format, printer settings are correct.

what are we doing wrong?

I forgot to mention that this happens when using a (android) tablet, on pc there is no issue
