The 'Draw' tab is not visible in Customize the Ribbon

I've looked at several videos and the Draw is not visible to add to the ribbon in Word. Apparently it is supposed to be between Insert and Design. I have enabled All Tabs to select from.

Using a PC, Office 2021

Please advise
