I suspect your document originally had automatic numbering in Tables 1-2 to 1-4. If you restore/apply those, the cross-references to those numbers will return in Table 2-1. Do note, though, that a lot of the cross-references appear to have been to the same number (3) in one of Tables 1-2 to 1-4.
