Without access to an extract from the actual document to work with, we'd only be guessing. Have you tried pressing Ctrl-A, followed by F9, or simply doing a print preview?

If refreshing the document doesn't work, can you attach a document to a post with some representative data (delete anything sensitive)? You do this via the paperclip symbol on the 'Go Advanced' tab at the bottom of this screen.
