All printers have a paper handling margin which is reported to Word by the print driver. The message means that the driver for your printer has reported that your printer is not capable of printing a document with such small margins.

You can either adjust the margins of the template until the error no longer appears, or simply live with the message and just click 'Yes' each time you print.
