I have posted this on the MS Community pages, but it couldn't be answered, so be great if someone here can figure it out!

I have a Microsoft family account and want to add a second IMAP account, but the option isn't there. When I try to search for help on it, it just takes me back to the settings page, which doesn't have that option. Very frustrating. Plus my yahoo account that I used as a sign in, doesn't actually download any email??

Its my work laptop, so I can't add additional accounts on the full version of Outlook.

So I'm trying to log onto OWA on Edge and then have logged onto my personal MS account. But I don't have the option to add accounts here either?

I have attached screenshots as it might not make sense!! But there just seems to be an issue with my outlook account that doesn't allow me to do anything essentially!!
