Using current OL 365 with Win11 23H2. When I shut down the laptop then restart it all message folders except the Inbox are grouped by date. I have repeatedly used the View Settings to remove all grouping, applied the setting to all folders and subfolders. For the duration of the session the setting is retained, but when I shutdown the laptop and later start it again the grouping has returned.

How can I get the setting to be permanent? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
