I assume you are using the Save As command to save the document as a PDF. In the Save dialog, you can click the Options button to see an option that says "Bitmap text when fonts may not be embedded"

Those typefaces presumably require a licence to use and may not be embedded in a PDF because the viewer may not also have a licence to use that typeface.

If you choose to use licenced fonts in your docs and then want to create a PDF version, you will have to choose between bitmapping the characters or seeing an alternative typeface in your content.
