Default Track changes - is there a way to find specific cases?

I have a huge word file in which I've been using track changes for many years. There are about 8.5 thousand track changes.

I wonder if there's a way to search for particular cases of track changes, otherwise there'll be no other way but checking them all one by one.

I'd like to accept all end-of-line hyphenation ("^-"), but keep most of the remaining track changes as they are.

After that, I'd like to find "^p" instances but only the few ones under track changes, so I could review only them one by one. If I search all "^p" ("tracked" or not), I'll have to review 3 thousand paragraphs, but only about 10 or 20 are under track changes, and these are the ones I'd like to reach.

I've read many times on the internet that there is no way to search specific changes within track changes, but I thought I should take some advice here before starting to check +-8,500 changes one by one.

Thanks in advance.
