Hi. I know this is a very old thread and i am not a code or programmer in any sense. When i am using your code given in the template and replacing it with my text I am getting a blank field.

I am trying to create a simple reference check questionnaire with drop downs. Once the drop down is selected, depending on the option it should generate a small paragraph of text as in a reference report.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
