Outlook 365 destroys German "umlauts" in drafts after about 10 secs
hello folks,
we are facing a weird Outlook 365 problem. If someone writes an email and saves it into drafts, german "umlauts" like öäü are substituted by hyroglyphs after about 10secs.
We tried to play with Outlook-Settings (UTF-8 Encoding) and also looked into "Internet-Explorer-Options" as there are suggestions to set the encoding to UTF-8 there, but nothing solves the problem.
Our last idea was to get connected to our mail-server-provider. They told us, that there is a problem with the "MAPItoMime" function in Outlook 365 and we have to get connected to MS (Raise a Bugreport).
My question now is, whether you also faced such problem? If so, is there any solution by using specific config-parameters of the OL-Client?
I do not think that raising a ticket @MS will be a solution at all, to be honest.
For the "destroyed" mail in drafts look at the attached file, please.
