Display the Gantt Chart view (or the view you want to edit), then click the Gantt Chart Format ribbon tab to display this ribbon. At the left end of the Gantt Chart Format ribbon, click the Text Styles button. In the Text Styles dialog, click the Item to Change pick list and select the Bar Text - Right item. Change the Size option, as desired. Keep in mind, however, that if you increate the font size in the Gantt Chart screen, Microsoft Project will need to increase the row height in the task sheet.
