I'm not sure if this is the right section but I'm sure the mods will move appropriately.
I need to set up a document but I'm not sure of the best office prog to use. I have office 2007 enterprise.
this is what I want to achieve.
a document that does the following.
- I need a list page that always stays on view, to allow me to select new individuals pages
- in this list I will have changable names (20 individuals) that will have a link e.g. (bookmarked?) button or a word (go?), to take me to an individual page. I don't want to use the names as the link as the names will change
- this page will be updateable and saveable
- each individual name (as in 20) will have its own page
- above all it needs to be idiot proof as some of my colleagues are not technically minded
