Hi Everyone

I hope someone can help me...

I have an embedded spreadsheet in a word document and I want to be able to copy the contents of a cell into another part of the document (within a table) whereby it will automatically update when the spreadsheet is updated.

Can anyone explain how to do this please (if possible)
