Default Custom Report Templates

Every week I send out multiple reports to our branches, and I'm wondering if there is a way to do this quicker. Each report goes to the same two people at each branch with roughly the same message body. Is there a way to have Outlook create and populate the email with the correct contacts, subject, and body. This seems like a VBA solution, but I don't have experience using VBA with Outlook, only Excel. Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
