On Win 10, Pro, 64 bit

I am using it since Jan 2022. However, since last 6 months display problem started occuring suddenly. It was about once a month and got solved by restarting word. However for last 3 days, these problems have increase manyfolds and it is about 3-4 times a day.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
While using word, suddenly the display shows junk; some snippets from word window display just shows everywhere randomly on every open Word file. When I hover my mouse somewhere the display of that part randomly changes. I would not be able to legibly read anything. The only thing that I need to do is to restart the word and then the problem is solved till the time it appears again.
