I am new here and i would like to ask for some help please!

I have a massive list of data of this format, for around a year
[day/month/year hour:minute:second]. The data was collected from a temperature sensor and are for every 10 minutes. This is what i get in every cell of the date&time column:
[30/09/2023 22:00:00]
[30/09/2023 22:10:00]
[30/09/2023 22:20:00]
[30/09/2023 22:30:00]
...

I am looking for a way to filter only the hourly data. For example:
[30/09/2023 22:00:00]
[30/09/2023 23:00:00]
...etc.

Is there any way someone could help me with that please?
