The template is created on Office 2002.
They all have their update up to date.
I narrow it down to be the office2003 excel user. He get the fallowing errors:
File Error
Data may have been lost.

It get this error a few time then he gets this other error:
Can't exit design mode because control checkbutton can not be created...,,,

I try to open the same file on a different user with Office 2003 and it opens okay no error messages..

the only different on the users is that the one that I am having problem with is running windows 7 64 bits everyone else is running windows XP.
